nice job esp on the male. capturing the female face from DA2 is difficult to say the least!
(Spoilers) How did recreating your 'special ally' go?

Dragon Age II Emrys Hawke

Did my best recreating him in Inquisition, although I think I got the nose wrong a bit

I also did a second playthrough in DAII where Emrys was instead a Mage, so I imagined him looking a bit more grizzled and worn by the time of Inquisition:

^ your second try captured the DA2 version a bit better, but they both look good

I liked the original Hawke so I played with that, even in DA2 my Hawke is just the basic one.

Garlan Hawke in Kirkwall:
And 10 years later, his live has been hard all these years ... but Isabella still loves him
I am quite happy with the result
I love how its like he has "aged"
good job there! ![]()

Ummm... if we are talking about them having a similar look then not really well, thanks to there being no goatees or simple ponytail hairstyles similar to ones in DA2. However, it's not unrealistic to assume one would change over time. Thus I gave him the scar as well. =P

Well thank you XD. I was banging my head on the table while re-creating him so it's nice to hear that. I actually created him twice since the first one was a total fail. Shame I didn't take screenshots of it. Was kind of hilarious since he had some nice clipping issues and an expression which looked like he had something very foul-smelling under his nose.

I managed to make my (male) Hawke look somewhat like an older version of my DA2 Hawke, which is fitting, considering that DA2 started years before the events of DA:I. ![]()

Ehhhh. Frankly there are some hairs that were removed. I wish I could of taken some shots of my Kattie Aubreck from DA 2 and DAI to show how she came out but frankly I did her as a 'evolution' thing where I gave her face tatoos in DAI since she got tied to Merril while in DA 2 she had no tatoos before.
Here's Lightwind Demoir at least.

From DRAGON AGE 2.

DRAGON AGE INQUISITION.
It's close to her from DA 2 but I miss the hairstyle from DA 2 because makes her look pretty in DA 2.

She looks really good going from DA 2 to DAI but I noticed her complextion changed a bit where she doesn't have much noticeable freckles or whatever it's called. Still good job on making her look like your DA 2 version.

Yes, Nacklyn, I don't remember if I used a mod for the freckles in DA2 or they were vanilla.
In DAI freckles are different (they cover the whole face, there is no option to have them covering only the cheeks), and they are lighter and it is more difficult to see them. If there is a way to make them darker and more noticeable I don't know it. ![]()

I just reached Skyhold and met my Hawke with my female elf bow rouge Lylia On and just met my Hawke Nyre On from DA 2. Here's how she was in DA 2:

Here's how she is in DAI:

Honestly I am like ehhhhh. I think I oopsed on the hair color where it's suppose to be dark dark red, I could not find the tatoo I gave her from DA 2, I couldn't get the tatoo dark brownish enough, and her hairstyle is much different from DA 2. The only thing that seemed right was how she has pink eye shadow and pink lip stick.

Well I still liked the way she looks a-lot though.

For me the worst problem with the CC for recreating Hawke is the bad lighting. Colours just look so different in that CC and in game that it is frustrating! ![]()
