It says 5 damage instead of armor... does that mean you get +5 damage to all your attacks... does it mean it gives -5 amage to all attacks you recieve... does it just... idk... hurt you by 5 damage to put it on? :S

I know but helms say "5 Armor" where as Vitaar says "5 Damage" what does that mean exactly?
