For the quest, Hinterlands Cage Requisition. I had already cleared the mage/templar HQs before I realized I only have 4/5 Ferelden Locks, so all that are roaming the Hinterlands now are mercenaries, outlaws, and red templars. Do any of these other enemies drop the locks? I've been farming so far with no luck

Yeah, same boat, but mine's taking on water. I've got 1/5 locks. You'd think Dagna could whip up some kind of lock.
Where do you get therm from. I don't think I have any.
You can get some from the Carta-related mercenaries as well, and the raiders who attack during Blackwall's recruitment..
I also picked some up from red templars wandering the hinterlands later in the game.
After a certain point one cannot complete this quest however there is a mod where you can purchase it.. and uninstall after if you wish or keep the mod. Check out : http://www.nexusmods...tion/mods/814/?
