I can't seem to get The Keep to recognize the signature edition rewards, even though I have them tied to my account and loaded into my game on both PC and Xbox 360. The weird thing is that EVERYTHING else syncs just fine. I have all of the DLC and all of the unlockables and every one of them is recognized, except for the signature edition stuff.

Bioware says this is a bug, just report it using the troubleshooter and wait for them to manually approve the reward.

Sweet. I actually did that the day of DA:I's release; I just didn't know if that "we're looking into this for you" message meant "we're looking into this for you" or "lulz, we don't know, so don't ask."

Still having this problem. Can someone point me to what Bioware said about it? Has anyone actually had it fixed for them? It's said "we're looking into this for you" for 10 days now...
