The woes of fashion, vanity and aesthetics when it comes to roleplaying *sigh*

For KE it is easy. Get silverate and run around in heavy friggin plate of your desire. Done. So because of this, I'm leaning towards KE.
However I'd much rather play necro, but my fear is that mid-late game robes will displease me.

Do you get Mortalitasi robes? Or other dark thematically accurate Necro gear? I really prefer to go Necro - I do not want to risk having to reroll 50+ hours in due to vanity.

Please, someone with knowledge of this, or even better - pictures - I need assistence :(

I second this. I would like to see how mage armors look like down the road. I'm sick of wearing dresses and pointy hats. That's some of the reason why I've always rolled a rogue in most RPG's. Rogues seem to get the best looking gear. In my opinion, heavy armors tend to look like robot suits, mage armor always looked like dresses, but rogue armor always looked sleek and awesome.

Would love to see some pics!

Necromancer's spells are aesthetically and stylistically better than that of the Knight Enchanter's.

You do not have to use Mortalitasi robes to be thematically accurate. Tevinters and Grey Wardens in general use shady magic so you can use their robes.

Wishing I knew where the Warden Armor Schematics are because the Mage Armor looks BA.

Are you looking for Light Warden armor? or Med/Hvy? Just wondering cuz I've found Warden Battlemage Armor as well as Warden Warrior Armor and I must say the battlemage armor looks like utter crap imo, whereas the Warden Warrior Armor is actually cool and I use a set I made on Blackwell.  I've currently made a better version of the Light Armor of the Dragon bonus gear they gave me in the chest in Haven once I got to Skyhold and was given the schematic from the chest in the crafting area. I would have used Bloodstone (makes armor look BA in color) instead of Veridium in the craft but didn't like the bonus it gave me. I'd rather have the melee defense vs the extra hit points. Here's a couple links to the Warden Armors I've found as well as one of my current armor just so you see where I'm coming from when I say I think the Light Warden Armor looks like crap

edit: ok so the battlemage armor looks bad when on a Qunari; put it on a human/elf mage and it's actually quite nice looking ...not as good as the Armor of the Dragon but still better looking that what it looks like on my Qunari :(

The armor for a qunari is limited the the main inquisition armors, coat, mail and armor, the final tier 3 mage armor looks as follows. You can get the schematic from the hissing wastes after getting to skyhold, or by killing Highland Ravager [Leontine's Ring, Emprise du Lion, Fire, 23] Requires Level 19, 224 Armor, Light Armor, +16% Cold Resistance, +6 Magic, +17% Magic Defense, +21% Spirit Resistance, Abilities Cost 7.5% less Mana/Stamina
