Okay so in Emerald Graves I have a claimed Quarry that is still on my map and unsure if it was counted into my collection.

And in Emprise du Lion I have a Phantom locked door and landmark at the second claimed camp. Anyone else having any of those same problems? Are they perhaps mismarked? Help me out here.

 

Edit: I should have been clearer. the missing locked doors is over the by the bridges that lead to you fade rift, and supposedly the landmark is where some wooden platforms are, but there is no glowing point to interact with

Never mind! If anyone else comes to this thread thinking the way I did-- it's underground and linked to Memories of the Grey quest.

I think you'll need the key from Valeska's Watch, that you can find just west of the Drakon's rise Camp. After that you'll find a door you can open not far away.

Confirmed. It is within Valeska's Watch underground.
