I also use my left pinky finger :/  I simply cannot spare time to take my hand off the mouse in any way in order to use my right hand.

Before you do that you should rather use your nose.

Maybe if you press shift really hard your character will run faster.

Try alternating left shift and right shift.

If you find the good rythm (around 0.75 second between strokes), the sprint will be effective, and it buffs your next attack.

Thumb, using keyboard is a mistake.

Because bioware only care about console, this time it feels about 100x better than keyboard.

Click the left stick with your thumb... This game is just better with a controller, no way around it. Even the menus are optimal for pad use, and kinda wonky at best for mouse. Don't even get me started with tactical mode...
