I have a few question :
1. How many points exactly those two attributes increase damage ?
2. Do these affect spell damage ? Because the tooltip in spells only said "weapon damage"
Difference between Magic and Willpower for increasing mage damage ?

It seems to be .5% per point of either Willpower or Magic.
It affects spell damage.

So 50 magic will give me 25 % more damage or 25 points damage ?

It will give you +25% attack. I'm not sure if that's a straight +25% damage boost or if it goes into a more complicated formula for your actual DPS increase.
