Oh, yea. And Sera's card. I finally got a play through where her personal quest wasn't bugged so I was actually able to get it done. I have yet to get a different card for Dorian. So I can only assume

Strange you havent gotten Blackwalls card. You need to complete his quest to start a romance

Dang I like that Blackwall on the Griffon card.
What choice does that card represent?
Is for an unromanced Blackwall?

That he essentially tries to repent through his deeds in the Inq and Wardens instead of simply throwing his life away.

I'm in love with the tarot card look over just seeing the companions standing around. It's a very cool dynamic and it shows how they're doing in the story.
I'm searching for Dorian's romance card, but to no avail. ![]()

I kinda wish you could choose which card you want from the ones you get. It's pointless but i really like Sera's friendship/warmness card over her in love one which looks like the hanged man tarot. The tongue and arrow one just looks cuter.

I have gotten a new card, just nothing different. Like the other companions have different card for different choices made, I've gotten the same one(in a previous post I put up a pic of it).

I don't have the images (most are linked up thread), but I did use to read tarot cards on the shore to make money years ago. Some of them I had to look up, though: I know the meanings, but I never would have thought IB's Chargers card was the WoF, for example: while the meaning fits, it's quite different then any WoF card I know.
+ Blackwall starts off as Justice. When his companion quest starts and he gets the hunched down X over the face look, he's taken the place of Death. If taken back and allowed to move on, he moves on as Judgement. His romance card is... hm.
+ Cassandra starts off as Strength. If romanced, she becomes Temperance. If she becomes Divine, she takes the role of the Empress (interesting, in the Dragon Age Tarot, the role of Emperor is played by Celene).
+ Cole starts off as the Moon (one of the easiest to identify). If taken down the human path, he becomes the Page of Swords; if taken down the spirit path, he becomes the Page of Wands. Page of Swords is identified with a child like mind, but not childish- it's actually thought to be the most mature of the Pages. The Page of Wands is a different direction, seen as one who forces change.
+ Dorian is the Magician (generally the one who leads the protagonist down the first steps of their journey- although in this case, the 'protagonist of the fool arcana' is represented by Sara, sooo....). After dealing with his father, he becomes the Page of Cups, which is a much more positive card then the 'evil looking snake' might represent (they can be moody, but they're romantics and idealists). Down the romance path, he takes the part of the Chariot, which is my favorite of the Dragon Age Major Arcana. it's just so pretty! (Yeah, you don't care, I know.)
+ Iron Bull starts off as a Devil: a sign he needs to free himself from something holding him back, although it's up to the player to decide what that thing is. Choose the Qun, and he changes to the Ten of Swords: a card of disaster, but with a hopeful note that this disaster is the last- hopefully representing that his sacrificing his men is the last hard decision he'll have to make (though knowing his life, I doubt it). Wheel of Fortune is if he chooses the Chargers, and despite the appearance, it's much more positive: 'we can't control everything, but we can live with those results and take chances with them'. Romancers get the Ten of Pentacles, and I'd be interested in other people's thoughts on how this card fits, as sadly, I have yet to play his romance. (Generally, the card is associated with wealth- specifically, spiritual wealth- and... well, haven't played the romance, so not sure how that one goes.)
+ Sera starts off as the Fool (which, interestingly, is usually the position of the protagonist in most traditional-using-the-tarot-to-describe them stories). After you become her friend, she switches over to the Star, which is one of the more positive cards: 'don't worry, I'm guiding you, there is a path through the storm'. Sera romancers get the Hanged Man (one of the more positive versions of the card that I've ever seen), which despite the name, is positive enough: you must sacrifice something, but you'll get wisdom and happiness if you do. (As small as it may be, this probably refers to the getting rid of the resentment over her adoptive mother and her pride cookies to go on and make better cookie memories with the Inquisitor. Yeah, it's not all bad.)
+ Solas starts off as the Hermit, which, um, duh (this one is almost as obvious as Dorian's Magician card- uses all the right imagery). Solas romancers get the nice Hierophant card, which refers to the bearer as one with secret wisdom and wiseness and la de da. People who don't romance Solas get what is often seen as the 'worst' of the Major Arcana, the Tower. The Tower is basically the 'WAKE UP' card (oh, hey, Solas, doesn't that fit?): things are going to change whether you like it or not, and you best be prepared, because the Tower is not to be prevented. Here's a hint: traditionally, the tower is being struck by lightning, crumbling, and often people are falling from it. No card in the tarot is truly 'bad': all have positive meanings (and likewise, almost all have negative meanings as well, especially if reversed), but the Tower is often still dreaded by the public (I would always get gasps of horror when I drew it reading for people and have to do a five minute 'It's not that bad, really!' speal) unless the person feels a definite need for change in their lives.
+ Varric is the Lovers, which I think most of us could have guessed. After Here Lies the Abyss, he turns to the Page of Pentacles, which isn't as horrible as this card looks. One thing worth noting that although all Pages are symbols of change in their own way, the Page of Pentacles generally wants things to change back to how they were: fitting for Varric who basically goes through a trauma-line between Hawke and Bianca of all the problems that came from finding that stupid red lyrium and is heard to bitterly wish he'd never found it. After all is well, he switches over to the Sun, another pretty positive card: no matter what, the sun always shines, after all.
+ Madame Vivienne is the High Priestess, another holder of knowledge though shadowed. Fitting with the shadow, after her lover's death, she turns to the Queen of Cups, a holder of mysteries and secrets so shadowed often she can't even see her own. As Divine, she morphs to the World. The World is the final fulfillment of all her desires: all she has wanted has come pass, and now it is time for her to find new dreams. It also is the last of the Major Arcana, ending the journey started by the Fool. (What that says about Sera and Viv we could probably debate all day.)
Interesting: all Major Arcana are taken by companions, save for again, the Emperor, which Celene holds. It fits Celene well: the only character of your group I could see holding it (besides perhaps the Inquisitor) is maybe Cullen after he comes to terms with his lyrium, and even that would be a stretch.
Blackwall's romance card? I... can't find any conformation on that one. I can make a few guesses (IT'S OBVIOUSLY NOT CUPS!), but I don't know for sure and I can't find it listed on the internet. Likewise, I'm having a problem even finding images of the tarot cards your advisors change in to halfway through the game (I'm not sure what triggers it, or if they have a third card for romance/Lei divine). Lei's card with the red swords around her is pretty clearly the Queen of Swords. I'm guessing Cullen is the Knight of Swords. Josie is probably pentacles, both her cards (or all three? again, not sure if a third exists) I assume (though I'd like to see that armored one again): one of them is undoubtly the Queen.

Interesting to read your take. Blackwall romance card isn't in the deck. Neither is wrong heart Viv or Josephine's in game card. No card changes for the advisors. Advisor cards are knight of swords for Cullen, queen of swords for Lel, and Queen of coins for Josie (which is not her in game card).Interesting: all Major Arcana are taken by companions, save for again, the Emperor, which Celene holds. It fits Celene well: the only character of your group I could see holding it (besides perhaps the Inquisitor) is maybe Cullen after he comes to terms with his lyrium, and even that would be a stretch.
