I just reached the last mission on Nightmare difficulty and I still haven't found anyone that sells tier 3 schematics. I was hoping to get them in Val Royeaux after defeating the duchess but it didn't happen. Now i'm supposed to take on Cory and his dragon with tier 2 armor and weapons?
The only T3 schematics I've found so far is for Battlemage armor and it's arms and legs, and all that was from random chest loot over the course of 3 days. If anyone knows where I can find T3 stuff, please let me know.
