Have anyone tried to create an alien looking elf, similar to what we got to see in DAII?

I wouldn't call them alien personally, but yes, you can make an elf that has a sharply-angled face and a very high nose bridge. My female elf warrior inquisitor is definitely more like the DA2 elves than the DAO ones. I can post images later when I get home from work, if you want to see what I ended up with.

The irises can't be as big but you could make the facial proportions the same (some of the npcs have DA2-esque faces) and the body is the same as DA2

I dunno if this is as good as what you're looking for but you can do the wide nose bridge with the broken nose slider and the high bridge under the nose bridge and nose position options :3 the forehead can be emphasized by making te ears and cheekbones bigger but getting rid of "jowls" and making the jaw and chin as narrow as possible.

I'm among the few who like DAII styled elves, and I tend to give my elven inquisitors the same bridged nose out of habit.

 

I pick the straightest looking nose and just mess with the bridge position, nose size and tip, forehead and brow sliders to get that look. Ph, and move their eyes back a little for depth.

I rather liked the DAII look of elves, too (especially on Fenris ahem ahem), so I tried to do something  similar-ish on my Lavellan. Except I also gave her much more prominent cheekbones, instead of the long/narrow faces of DA2. I think if you elongate the face a little and make the cheekbones high, but not wide, it'd look more like DA2. My result:

Anyone who has seen any of my elven inquisitors can attest to the fact that I'm absolutely obsessed with the weird flat nose bridge the DA2 elves have got going on. The trick is to move the thing for Bridge Position up to the top left of the box and play around with it from there. Here's some examples of different noses I've gotten that all have the weird "alien" quality to them:

I made my nerdQuisitor with DA2 features in mind, though I'm glad DAI toned down the alien look of elves from DA2 because there was a lot about that style that looked unpolished. So mine has large eyes, the elfish nose, and long thin face, but is ultimately a mix between DAO & DA2 elves.

I also very much like to give elves a flat nose. I tried to capture a DA2ish nose on Ellana.
