Thanks to bioware being such a wonderful writer on skill description, and alway explain how their game mechanic work I have the following question:

Since you never see a text or damage number pop up ( assume bleed= damage over time ).  I wonder what it really does,

cas it looks like you have some easy access to Bleed on Hit.

Aso I done some testing on Bleed on being Hit, (No pratice dummy or shooting range to find a good target to test Bleed on hit ).

I got an upgrade in multiplayer so I found a melee mob and let it hit me for couple of minute until I used up all my potion and die, well... nothing happen  the mob HP bar never move, and there is no any knowable things happen.

So any one have ideas or the right answer ?

Not sure either, but maybe it just weakens the enemy?

I thought it meant that the enemy bleeds when you attack them.

Not when they attack you.

I thought it meant that the enemy bleeds when you attack them.

Not when they attack you.

there are two different stats in game (and I wrote it very clear ) if you play the game you will know.

Bleed on hit  - found on weapon usually

Bleed on being hit - shield usually

and the question is they all Bleed enemy, so what dose Bleed do?

Well, everything I've seen with the stat is there is some internal chance to activate low chance, like 2% to activate. So it seems pretty useless to me, unless you have it on ALL the things.

A good way to test it would be to have a character with It'll Cost You passive, it seems to be the same or a similar mechanic and 15% damage return would be alot more noticeable than anything else.

As always, if we find this is a bug, report it here. This seems to be our method of reporting things right now.
