I just finished my first playthrough and loved it, but I feel like I missed a lot of stuff on the way. Hope somebody can help me out here, so:
1) Skyhold
Is there no way to restore/rebuild my castle? Parts of it are still completely destroyed, other parts just never get cleaned up. I found this huge room with two paintings and dwarven statues in it but even after beating Corypheus it looks like nobody has been in there for a hundred years.
2) Codex
Lots of stuff missing in there. A few characters, tales, magic and even one tutorial entry. As I said, I don't have any active quests left, so no idea where to go/who to talk to. I bought some entries from that one guy in Val Royeaux but its still rather incomplete.

Is there some kind of 100% walkthrough out there? Couldn't find anything useful but I suck at finding stuff on the internet
