Does anyone know how long it takes before you can harvest the planted seeds in the Skyhold Garden? I just can't find it anywhere.

I think you just have to leave Skyhold then come back. That's been my experience so far but I actually haven't being paying close attention.

The rare herbs take longer is about all I can say. What is longer (?), IDK actual times though. TBH...kinda wished I had chose the Tithes/Chantry option. there are Mechants in various cities that sell the more used herbs. Most importantly - Crestwood's Keep: Caer Dranach(?) has a merch that sells elf root...invaluable IMO and way better than going to the wild to search them out. Hope I helped a little bit.
