So I'm looking to make my Inquisitor an assassin, but I can't find the assassin weapons that are needed for the murder knife recipe. Are they found in a specific area, or are they dropped randomly?

EDIT: I realized I probably should have put this in the 'Quest Help' forum instead. If this could be deleted or locked that'd be great. Thanks!
