Vivianne hates my toon. Really hates her. Talks to her like a child and cuts off conversations that I know I have had with her on other toons. It's kinda funny.
The question is, has anyone else gotten a companion to really dislike them? Does it effect how they talk to you, does it effect quests and such? I am curious on how dislike plays out with other characters. 
She keeps telling me how terrible I look and how the inquisition is going to fail unless I get my act together. It's a vast difference from my last toon. Heh.
Vivienne. Absolutely counld't get along.
She just looks at others as if they are... ants. And probably wanting to restore the Circles back to have her power back, being the First Enchantress and all.

Viv hates me thoroughly, too. I really rather regret recruiting her this run actually. Next time I play a pro-mage freedom character I'm leaving her at her party. She's awesome if you are all about the status quo and order though.

I'd love to have the option to imprison her or make her my court jester

I was just surprised that she won't even let me go down conversation paths. Like I know she talks about her lover or whatever, but with this toon she was just like "I think you know everything you need to know". I think I told my screen that I couldn't be her friend if she wouldn't acknowledge my questions.
Not recruiting her might be a good idea with another promage run through. I honestly don't know why she would stick around at this point since I took the mages as allies and told her to suck it up that I wasn't training more templars.

Still on my first run and I have managed to keep all of my companions pretty okay with me. Cole and 'Bull were not recruited, though.
Vivienne has actually been the easiest one -- for me -- to get along with. Only one minor disapproval in conversation, but that's it.
Vivienne loves that I chose Orlesian drapes for Skyhold
Yep he even yelled at me a few times lol , heck I got to do everyone's personal mission except him because he wouldn't really say much to me, also most of the dialogue option I got with him were pretty aggressive ones such as " why did you turn your back on your own people ' etc.

Ha! That's awesome. I can't stop Solas from loving me. I'm looking forward to doing a play through where he doesn't. I am guessing that means I won't get Viv's quest on this one though.

yea you wont get her quest unless she likes you , a shame though her quest is heartwarming , you get to see a totally different side of her.
No lol I actually found Solas to be one of my favorites despite my initial doubts about him but I made too many decisions that pissed him off such as siding with the Templars , keeping the wardens etc..
I am curious if there is ever a point she could leave. I know that they said it was possible for people to leave at certain points, but I haven't seen it yet so I don't know if she is one who does, or if anyone does really, short of you telling them to not stay.
So far in my first playthrough my character is mostly okay with everyone.
Vivianne probably disapproved a few times, but also approved other times, honestly, I can't bring myself to care overly much about her opinion.

I assumed it was because they were binding spirits and whatnot. He is never ok with that.
