I actually reloaded when Cassandra had four big negative reputation hits in a row because she is my main warrior and I can't afford to lose her. So will just play it as my Inquisitor playing her/not telling her the truth of how I'm just out for myself. She liked me quite a lot despite all that until I told her I thought the Chantry should be dismantled. xD
You missed out on seeing Cassandra drunk...and I don't think she ever leave, at least I haven't seen anyone said it happened yet.

She hates me too, I wouldn't feel bad, the feeling is very mutual for my Inquisitor...

I seem to have managed to keep them all mostly balanced. Viv and Solas have not had anything new to say in quite some time while Cass, Varric, Cullen, and even Sera always seem to have something new when I check in on them. Really the only thing Viv has said to me since arriving at Skyhold is that she needs to take me shopping cause in my new position I need to look good. I don't really understand Cole at all so I have avoided him though I have had several people tell me I should get rid of him. Seems like a nice enough demon.

I've been at max approval with Solas for a while, he and Cole are my quirky, eccentric family and that's how I like it. I don't even speak to Viv now, she just makes me want to punch her in the face repeatedly...which is probably the whole idea I guess.

He's not a demon, he's a spirit of compassion *sigh*, helping him realise that in his personal quest was really quite heartwarming and satisfying.

Oh, I need to do a play through where Cass gets drunk. That would be awesome.

I see demon and it must die by fire! Seriously I will be getting the amulet tonight and I am curious how that will play out. Is it just me or do others look at Cole and think Luke Skywalker?

Has anyone gotten Cole to hate them? I wonder if he just leaves, or if anything weird and spirity happens

Happend to me.
Spoiler if you want to see.
Cole meet my Inquisitor at the gate when I entered Sky hold one day and said
"You don't care about people!"
My inquisitor had a few options to ask him to clarify and he just repeated it and said he didn't have to stay. I said I knew he was going to be trouble and and then he raised his hand and said "Forget!" and my Inquisitor forgot he ever existed. xD

aww, Cole and I are buddies! I let him keep doing his odd things, and he says he likes being with me and talking.

Everyone loves my elf. I always play a suck up as I can't stand it when companions disapprove of something. Freed the mages, kept the wardens, and did everyone's companion quests to maximize approval.

Everyone likes my inquisitor except Sera (that feeling is mutual though, he always has the option to kick her out and I'm always tempted) and Solas who is pretty much indifferent towards me.
Vivienne has become a motherly figure, always calling him darling and watching his back. And everyone else is just awesome.
But I'm playing my inquisitor as a humble and nice person who tries to do right by the people. Mage freedom? Nope, too dangerous. Chaos and pranks? Nope, this is the Inquisition for crying out loud!

Every Char likes my Inquisitor....so far. Only Solas left at the End because of his elven Orb

Anybody hate Sera? I really don't like her. Like a really bratty teen, she is. Sure she's sometimes funny, and I like that she pranks people, but still, doesn't know moderation, really really short sighted, and close minded (what with the whole Andraste and elf thing). It's like she's the kind of person that if you get in argument with her, she'd rather plug her ears and sing to herself just to block off your voice. I'm keeping her around just to see what happens, since this is my first play. Kicking her out is really tempting tho.

I agreed to be political and fashionable as Inquisitor, and never had a problem with Viv (if you choose to let the mages run free, you can talk to her and smoothe things over by agreeing they need oversight). Cole I let continue his weird antics since I actually found them kind of adorable, in a strange way. Sera I get along with only if I let her do what she wants; my first run through she didn't like me much at all because I called her out on s**t but second time around she loves me because I'm like, whatever.
Cassandra is fun IMO, likes it when you tell her you believe in the Maker and junk. Blackwell...honestly, his storyline quest kind of turned me off to him, I've mostly ignored him since except to bring him along on Warden quests (ironic). Dorian I adore, mostly because he's like the iconic GBF and doesn't mind flirting with me, even if it's harmless (I'm a fem Inquisitor so that'll go nowhere). I like his sidequests too, even the Tevinter ones on the board.
Iron Bull...I don't know. I can't seem to get him to talk much to me after the bit where he shows me soldiers around Skyhold. Don't know how to make him approve of me any more either, so I haven't really delved much into his quests.
Both Leliana and Cullen have interesting arcs, although the latter I'm not sure how much is from the romance and how much is actually regular character progression (available even in non-romance). Cassandra, as much as I'm tempted to get her to hate me just to see her blackout drunk, I think I'll leave that to YouTube (and she's next in line for romance).
God, but I freaking adore this game. ![]()

None of them hated me or left me, which was a first! I couldn't be sure that wasn't down to glitches though, lol.

Not really, but cassie doesn't approve of me. She still talks to me though, but I try not to talk to her too much because I know she'll hate me lol.

Haven't had a problem with any companions yet. I'm pretty friendly with Dorian and Solas. I haven't been too pro-mage freedom so Vivienne mostly likes me which was unexpected since I personally don't like her much. Pretty good with Iron Bull as we shared drinks. I think I'm somewhat neutral to Sera. Not too close to Blackwall yet though the relationship is generally fine. Haven't gotten as far yet with Varric or Cassandra as I'm waiting for a patch to fix the whole voice glitch for the Inquisitor/custom Hawke, and I need to to Varric before continuing discussions with Cassandra.

I don't really hate Sera, but she's extremely annoying to me. Some of my playthroughs will have her around, but most of them will not recruit her or kick her out later.

Sera really doesn't like my Andrastian convert Lavellan, hard as I try. My Lavellan isn't too fanatical about Dalish culture but she cares a lot about the elven race.. and Sera still hates that. Even when I try to pick dialogue options I think she'd like, she disapproves. Apparently she's worse if you're an elf mage, though.
When I did her first Red Jenny quest there was a nice moment where I apologised for making (yet another) decision she disapproved of and she had a "Yeah, well - .. wait, really?". And I got to tell her even if we have our differences, I still want to be friends with her.
