First off, the game is AMAZING(in my opinion)! Be that as it may...being amazing doesn't make much of a difference if you can't enjoy it. I was about 40 hours into the game and came to a point (that I won't spoil) that caused my character's voice to COMPLETELY change. Now as annoying as that was, I figured I'd just reload because I had two saves(I always save twice in case one file gets corrupted); however there must have been a glitch or bug or WHATEVER during the save because now both saves and the auto save gives me an error message and the game shuts down when I try to continue, every single time...without fail. What a complete waste of time because until then it was amazing. *sigh* But that's life I suppose. Sooo I'm hanging the game up here because that is too much to do over and I don't really have the luxury to play games whenever I want. Just wanted to give a heads up to those playing; if your game is doing crazy things...just try to wait for a patch instead of playing through a potentially save-damaging game. It happened before but I heard the game crash from time to time for those on PS4, so I rebooted and and everything was fine...and then 25 hours later this happens. So my suggestion; if your game crashes even once or you get that "error" message (for users on PS4) just stop playing and wait for those issues to be fixed, if they'll actually be fixed. Well, that's about it. Be safe!
Horrible glitch has officially ended my DA:I experience...(PS4)

If you have PS+ you should have a save in the cloud that you can download. Since you say you don't have much time to play, it shouldn't be too far back. I'd give that a shot as soon as possible, because your bad save could be uploaded soon as well. All of this is assuming you have + anyway.

I'm afraid that I do not have ps+, but thank you
I'm just gonna have to count this one as a lost and desperately hope that Bioware have these issues fixed by the time ME4 releases. My wife is really loving DA:I and she has only encountered one game-breaking bug that was (hopefully) fixed with a reload. I won't be playing the game anymore, but I'm happy that she's having such a blast playing so it's not ALL bad. ![]()

Ouch >.>
I've heard from some people that moving while saving can lead to crashes and corrupted saves.
I'm pretty confident that the fixes will be up way before ME4 is released though
... isn't that game not out for another year or so?

Do you have any more details on this that you could share? I wouldn't be surprised if it was an issue related to the new 2.0 update. Apparently that jacked up a few things for DAI.
I haven't hit any errors yet on the PS4 but I haven't been playing crazy long yet. Maybe 10 hours.

What a coincidence, I just experienced the same thing, except for the "error" messages... I hope I don't get those later.
For anyone who might run into this:
If this occurred after V introduces us to H, the trick is: Don't customize appearance. Just use the Default. Entering the CC somehow confuses the game and makes it change your voice to the default English one.

So basically watch out for a scene where it says customize your appearance? and say no & just go default?
If you want the best experience, you should use the default voice for the inquisitor at the beginning. That way, even if it "resets" when you do some customisation later, it doesn't change.
Also I've had the game crash twice, but fortunately none of them SO FAR have been while the game was autosaving, so I've avoided any corrupt saves thus far.
That being said, it's ridiculous that a single corrupt save game should make ALL your saves unplayable, as several people have reported. Bioware should look into that.
