My origins has just updated, but I don't think it had anything to do with patching the game.

If you didn't pick the default voice for each race, and you decide to customize
British(default for human and elves) ,American(default for dwarves and qunari)

Accent change bug?
If you "mix" the default race-voice combo (ie. do an American accented human/elf or a British accented qunari/dwarf) and then
the Inquisitor's voice acting switches back to the default option: your British dwarf is suddenly American and so on.
EDIT: Damn,

If they didn't have competent QA you'd have seen way more bugs in a game with this much scope... No need to start judging people blindly. You're coming off as immature.
The patch will be released when it will be released. This isn't something that can be hotfixed. Have you ever seen an entire patch dedicated to one bug?

You do realize that a bug being seen is not the same as a bug being corrected don't you?
Assuming they failed at QAing because some bug is still in the game is simply assuming that bugs get corrected as soon as they are detected, because we all know that making games, specially 180 hour content games, is just easy like that....

A patch would be nice. I am worried about the sound bugs everyone keeps mentioning. I've actually stopped playing till a patch comes out.

Could you point me to the "Dragon Age: Side Quest" golden pot?

I hope so. They should also fix the horrible cutscene freezing.
After i unlock the FPS the game is buttery smooth for me. Around 25 hours in so far and mostly 55-60fps 1440p. I'm using AMD R9 290 only which is a lower tier card.

Just noticed, after updating, that Origin has removed the 'English Voiceover Pack' from my list of Add-Ons & Bonuses for DAI but since I'm in the UK that's not really a problem for me though.

Hey now. It's clear that their QA testers are very competent and since Allan's basically one of the only devs on the forums right now responding to many of the ongoing issues, it's probably best not to insult him.

I'm sorry, but I have been bombarded with work for the past month waiting to play the game, and BAM, I can't play because it will totally kill my immersion and coherency of my game, EITHER choice I make, in respect to the accent bug switch.
The only reason why I am so ticked is because I LOVE the game, and I have a semi-free week to play it...but can't...because of stupidity.
Just like the ME3 face import bug.
Just like the naked Awakening bug.
I thought the extra month was for bug fixing...not chugging maple syrup.
Mark my words: Eventually, story DLC will be released. That will have bugs as well...but since Xbox One gets it first, we SHOULDN'T have to worry about it, yeah? Because Bioware will SEE the bugs they had for the Xbox One and fix it for us, then release it.
IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN THIS WAY.
We're gonna get the same bugs that Xbox One is going to get, and they will not fix it for PC or PS4 until after the fact.
Sorry for being so worked up, but again, I just love the game, and have rare free time. So it just sucks, y'know.
First world problems...

MESSAGE POPULAIRE !
The team is hard at work on patching, and we'll provide more information as soon as we can. Unfortunately until the release is finalized I can't provide any more information, and it would be a disservice to you and the team for me to provide incomplete information. I will update you as soon as possible, and appreciate your patience.

To be frank it is kind of a disservice to provide no information (which is what you are doing now). Can you at least list out everything your team sees as problems to be solved? No time frames involved there, just acknowledgement of issues.
Edit: Forgot to add, thanks for at least participating in the forums. I know it is easier to just not post at all.

So far I've had this happen to my chat with Dorian and another NPC character *spoiler* in Western Approach. The conversation has some kind of long delay in between the character responses.
On the PS4 if that helps.

It would be really cool, if the patch allowed for walking on PC. Some locations (like for example Winter Palace) just beg for you to stop running around and start walking.
The animations are there, so just add a toggle to one of the keys.

Yes! This is why we need an itemized list of things the developers see as issues to be fixed/patched in.
