Aside from the part with Solas and Flemeth (that was AWESOME) it all felt incredibly anti-climatic to me  :(

Where was the big speech to your loyal companions? Being able to talk to them before the battle in case you'll never meet again? The big choice leading up to the ending (OGB in da:o and templars vs.mages da:i)?

All we got was a party selection screen, a boring boss fight (I swear, Samson was harder to beat), and a couple of really short, shallow conversations with your companions. And there was only about 5 epilogue slides, and none of them answered any real questions.

I did like most things about this game, but right now I feel a bit empty. It kind of tarnished the entire experience IMO.

In general I did feel like our companions were very quiet during the entire game, but I thought they would at least be given some time during the end mission.

Yeah I felt the boss fight was a bit too quick. It felt a bit too simple. I wanted to lead my army to the site and THEN defeat the final boss but for some reason our army was still busy or something :( I think it feels more satisfying if you imagine that the final mission was a part of the penultimate mission at the temple with Morrigan, so there is some build up. The ending 'party' felt a little surreal to me, too low key considering we just saved the world (again) and I'd have liked more interaction with the companions but ah well. The final cut scene was mind blowing, I agree.
