Just went back to the emerald graves to try and purchase some items from the vendor there, and he's gone! (The one where you first encounter fairbanks)

 

Anyone have this problem, or know where he has moved to? Fairbanks is also gone, and when i go to the marked spots on the map for his quest, there's nothing there. Help!
