How do you go about getting download contect. I seen some posted for sale on several websites. Any one know how to get them wihout buyin from thes sites

You have to buy BioWare points and then download from the Downloadable Content menu at the start screen.

I hope you didn't buy the Bioware Points. For the PS3 you use actual money to buy the DLC, You just log onto the playstation store or it should be an option on the main menu inside the game.
