For the love of Andraste can you at least make it so doing anything other than jumping requires you to hold down the applicable context sensitive button for 1.5-2 seconds? You have no freaking idea how frustrating it is trying to jump onto a rock to attack a demon but my character keeps trying to close the stupid rift. Or when I'm trying to jump over the millions of small rocks my character can't just step over for some reason and he just stops to pick a stupid spindleweed that I already have two thousand of. How did this single most annoying mechanic get over looked? Fire your QA testers, Bioware.

Totally agree with this, the first couple rifts I went to close, I actually held down the A button, thinking I needed too while the sound was making its little humm up until it explodes, then I realized, its just a tap...threw me off and found that out when I was trying to jump, like you said.
So yes, +1, would like there to be some context specific buttons.
