Reach level 20, go to character select screen, promote

[Flytarget]

Be aware that when you do this it puts you back to level 1 and gives you a +1 stat in either willpower, cunning, or constitution. You will lose all of your skills and need to earn them again while leveling up. This allows you to respec your character.
