Hi..been a lurker on here for a while, but i had to post about this statue

Yeah i am buying it, i'm a fan of the character and the general sculpt is very good, although she does have a slight 'sucking lemons' face.

What i'm very disappointed at is the wrong colours for her costume. The fact is you published what this costume is made from, and what colours they are, in order to allow fans to recreate her in fanart and cosplay. Something of which i am very grateful for.
Yet this statue has the wrong colours for it. The skirt should be a very dark green and the corset should be a dark brown. Not just black for both. In some shots it even looks like the silver studs on her corset have been painted a shiny black instead. Why bother showing the colours if you are going to ignore them. if the skirt was meant to be black then why say it's dark green? Especially since i've made my Morrigan costume based on those colours!

But,if i really want to, i can repaint her, though i shouldn't have to, especially for the price.

But the one issue that would be harder to fix is her brooch is on upside down!

There is no excuse for that mistake, especially considering the cost of the statue.

I hope the final product will be correctly painted and the brooch the right way up!

I am waiting for them to do the Origins version of Morrigan. Soon I hope.

And since they are doing a series on this... I am also hoping they will do a Grey Warden statue! :)

You're so right about the brooch. I bet it was an accident kinda... I'm sure it will be the right side up on the final version.

Yikes, I didn't pick up on that...hopefully they fix that brooch up....kind of make me hesitate even more on buying it.

I'm hoping though that we get a Morrigan statue in her more traditional casual wear you see her in around Skyhold and back in DA:O, I would be all over that, I'm not as big a fan of that dress.  I wouldn't say no to some of the companions either, assuming they are well done.
