Leliana states that Blood Lotus and Dawn Lotus are found in the Fallow Mire.
When you mouse over her text to select her for the mission, she states that Elfroot is plentiful in the Mire.
The Blood Lotus / Dawn Lotus comment appaers to be correct. I have never gotten Elfroot from this mission.
