exalted plains : puzzle in the cave near the dragon. how do I light the fourth antler circle

The first is pretty much a giveaway

The second requires you to light all three torches and pull the lever quickly

The third requires you to have someone stand on the stand-y thing (the one that lights up) and pull the lever

The fourth requires you to open the cells at the right (middle). Have someone hold position there. Close the cell (another one adjacent opens). Use the lever there. That opens a door at the opposite side with a crank. Rotate the crank and quickly pull the lever (might as well have someone hold position there)
