It's deatroot but the seeds are very rare. I got it, spent 12 hours camping a plant near the camp in Western Approach. Load in, harvest, load out, come back harvest, solid for 12 hours real time to get that one. Still can't get Crystal grace, even after camping it like that for 10 hours.

Got Witherstalk. It's a common C/D plant that seems to be glitched.

I don't think Crystal Grace is glitched as much as they just didn't give it a seed, considering it isn't even on the seed menu and isn't part of the seed 'collection'.
I highly doubt something such as Deathroot would be capable of seeds, but considering the missing place in the seed menu it would have to be Deathroot.

It's listed as a rare seed, so I think it's Deathroot as well.

Ugh...spent forever collecting Crystal Grace and never got a seed. Same with Deathroot. At least the modders finally made a fix for the bugged mosaic pieces. Let's hope they can fix the bugged seeds?

Hmm, well can anyone fix it through modding? Kinda ridiculous Bioware hasn't fixed this issue yet.

I can never get all of the seeds or the moasis/plaque thingies because I don't have a guide. These two missions I don't care to complete because I think they may be glitchy or may not be worth the hours of search time.

No crystal grace for me, it was the only one I couldn't find.  Deathroot seeds did eventually show up in the Western Approach, but by the time I found them I had already collected hundreds and didn't need them.

 

Edit:  Deathroot seeds were shown to be collected, but never appeared in inventory.  I do think I found Crystal

Grace seeds in the Emerald Graves, but can't remember where.  With a name like that, I'll be lucky to ever find it again.

It's not about having them for crafting, but having the seeds for the sake of completion. Bioware really is driving us completionists insane with no interest to fix such a bug.

I've gotten all of the rare seeds.  Crystal Grace isn't one of them.  All of the rare herbs drop their seeds pretty easily.  There is no space for it alphabetically on the rare list if you look at it.  So don't waste your time trying to harvest it unless you like pretty blue flowers.  The one that is a real jerk is common and that is Deathroot.  Bioware made it this way to punk us all, probably on purpose.  I've heard stories of people getting Deathroot to drop seeds/spores, but for me in six complete playthroughs averaging at least 100 hours never once has it dropped. My inner completionist hates this.

@Forsythia is right about the Cystal Grace, there are no seeds for it.

No, but this is hardly a priority issue.

You don't get seeds from deathroot or crystal grace. It's not a bug and they're not even a part of the nursery seed completion quest.
