first check to see if your auto uploads has save the file that predates you meeting Hawk by looking for the date and time that's older then the one your using . step 1 go to system settings. step 2 go to application save data management. step 3 go to save data and online storage. step 4: go to download to system storage.step 5: go to Dragon Age Inquisition. step 6:find the save data that predates meeting Hawk and download it to the system storage say yes to everything and once everything is downloaded, start the game and load up the recently downloaded file and you're good to go
