Just wanted to know others experiences with playing multiplayer with a lower end system.

I'm playing on a system that just meets minimum requirements. An AMD laptop with an A8 and 4gig of memory. I also have a very solid and speedy connection, so that part isn't a concern.

Single player runs smoothly but slowly after spending hours fighting past the launch bugs.

I just wanted to know if anyone else with a lower end system like mine has tried multiplayer yet, and what their experiences were?

I just don't wanna hop online and ruin another groups run because I'm stuttering so bad I can't keep up with the action.

Thanks in advance for any constructive input. :-)

I am using an old GTX 480 and do not have any graphic problems. I have played two games so far and the only problem I have encountered is the lag between the host and the other players. So I am trying to find an oceanic group, Illawarra and Sydney region is preferred but anywhere in the oceanic region should be fine.

I don't know for sure without comparing benchmarks off the top of my head. But I get the feeling that the 480 has a good bit more umph than my integrated GPU. That and technically I am running below spec with 512MB of ram being taken for my graphics.

What FPS are you running in single player with everything turned down or off except Meshes, that I leave high so I'm not blinded by hair.

I'll install fraps and get back to you on that.

Res wise, 1960 x 1080 60 Hz, medium for everything except meshes which I stuck to high. Removed a lot of the freezing in single player.

I'm running a much lower res. I haven't tried hooking my laptop up to the 1080p tv yet. The game seems to play slow (but still playable) even in dialogue sometimes the voice gets ahead of the animations. Or is the lip syncing really that bad in this title??

I just figured I was running on a system that probably shouldn't be running the game. :-p

When I get home I'm going to fire up my fraps and we can compare. :-)
