The writing is solid, pretty much all of the characters are likeable, the tedious loot grind of the main games is what held Borderlands back but it's got a legitimate good universe for itself in the hands of the right people, anyway. This is my favorite game from Telltale. That's something I can say for certain now, probably because it reminds me of that good old comedy charm of early LucasArts adventure games.

I enjoyed how if you keep staring at Vaughan's crotch when Jack's using his hand to make it look like his junk is talking, the prompt reads;

 

"Vaughan with try to forget that".

I'm lovin' Telltales games now, thinking of picking up the Walking Dead or Wolf Among Us next. As for Episode 2, nothing will trump dat ending but that intimate moment will General Pollux takes it especially Sasha dialogue during it all lol

Definitely get The Wolf Among Us. The Walking Dead is just as good in terms of quality, but I prefer the Fables backdrop.

 

Also, I can't be the only one to think that Fiona is seriously hot. I can't be. The hat, the scar over her eye, and the voice all get me.

TftBL/TPS Athena is easy on the eyes too. She got them fine lips.

 

I wonder why she's crazy in TftBL and trying to kill Rhys/Fiona. Atlas doesn't exist anymore and she detests Jack, so it isn't as if she's working for Hyperion. Her eyes were glowing a weird red in Episode 2, so I'm guessing it's some kind of brain washing.

That's what i thought so, too. That or Fiona is a scaredy cat and sees Athena with red eyes or something, to show how scary she is to her.

Or Athena is really desperate for some bounty hunting and she thinks Fiona/Rhys are actual enemies.

Newest episode was great. This is probably Telltale's most consistently good series so far.

I completely agree on both of them this is pretty much there best game since season one of the walking dead

Got this on Steam recently (my only buy from the whole event). Haven't played any of the Borderlands games, but decided to have this one as my entry to the franchise, considering how well received it has been. Plus it is Telltale, and I happen to have enjoyed their recent installments quite much.

This was my first game within Borderlands aswell and I've yet to play the latest episode but so far it's been really fun. TellTale should work way more with this kind of moods
