Not groundbreaking, game changing consequences, but there are some diverging paths pretty often - hell in episode 2 I apparently missed an entire character's alternative introduction, and as a result their role in episode 3 was changed pretty significantly. Overall it feels a bit more reactive than most Telltale games, anyway. The illusion of choice is still there, but I find myself not minding as much because the presentation is pretty much flawless.
