Like can you be level 10 and find level 27 loot anywhere? or does the good stuff not show up until you are higher level?
Is loot leveled in this game?

You can find higher leveled equipment, but not to the extent you're thinking, I'd say. My personal experience has been limited to finding a level 12 staff while being level 3.

Well I have a few dragon items but they arent showing up when I go to craft weapons for some reason. Do I need to be a certain level to craft items from tier 3 and 4 items
