What's a good level for Dragon Hunting, anyway? Besides one horribly underleveled skirmish with one of the Orlais coloseum dragons, I've avoided them so far.

I did not feel at all bad when I killed the one in the Hinterlands because that one straight-up attacked me for no reason.
But the one I killed in the Exalted Marches happened to fly by and land after I closed a rift and did not notice me. And I was like "Hmmm. It seems to be frolicking in the pools of water." And I was thinking I was probably not ready for it as I did not even know it would be there but I would go ahead and try to kill it just for the hell of it.
After beating it I found the journal of an explorer who also observed she enjoyed frolicking in the pools of water and I legit felt bad about killing her after that. Because she hadn't done anything to me. I could have walked out of there without her even noticing and we could have gone on our merry ways.
When I use her webbing to make some new armor, I'll make sure to credit her in the name. ![]()

I had to much fun fighting the dragon, now I don't think I can stop. Think my inquisitor should go to dragon slaying AA meetings. ![]()

I was too busy, high fiveing popping champagne to feel guilty and i'm talking about killing my first draffolo let alone a dragon.

I haven't killed any yet, so...

It is their fault that they threw random fireballs on me while I was harmlessly collecting shards. So, no guilt. I do regret killing the peaceful happy nugs outside Haven when I have no idea what was doing. And also poor animals that were caught by AOE skills ![]()

Animals killing other animals all the time. I don't feel bad because we all do it. If I don't feel bad for killing a chicken for meat then I'm sure as hell not gonna feel bad for killing dragons for armors. It's nature.

That's the same one I killed first.
All the other ones attacked me first or showed some level of aggression, so I didn't feel bad at all.
I just thought they did a great job making the dragons feel like real creatures.

I killed the frostback dragon with my level 10 warrior. I had Cassandra, Blackwall and Dorian with me
If you kill all 10 dragons, there is an operation about celebrating dragonslaying. The note mentions Wade wanting some samples

The fights are too entertaining and they keep f*cking with travelers and my troops. The only thing I've felt guilty about is the time frame in which I get around to removing them; every one of them has it coming.

They shouldn't carry around loot if they don't want to get killed.

Nobody thinks of the poor fennecs? It breaks my soul everytime I kill one by accident.
...I hunt them.

This reminds me of one of the operations you get once you unlock Griffon Wing keep.
At some point varghests start attacking merchants and troops because we took their water reserve.
Leliana obviously feels bad about it, so her solution is to lead the beasts away to a beter place for them.
It results in a few soldier deaths who either got lost in a sandstorm or something else.
But hey the beasts are safe, which is what's important right?

Once Vivienne unlocks Knight-Enchanter, she can solo every single of them except for maybe the level 20 ones.

Oh, so that's what happens? I just have Cullen lead the soldiers into killing every one of them.

When the baby dragonlings ran up to their mothers' slain corpse and just looked at it, ignoring me, I did feel like a bastard.

They're dragonlings, it's not like they're harmless. They could each kill a small child and disappear before anyone was the wiser.

Nope you get that after slaying the first dragon.
But ah I did feel such guilt after zooming into the face of the Fereldan Frostback. Had the most adorable eyes, almost puppylike.

I've mostly been avoiding the rest because, I've been a tad lazy about crafting. Finally made my tank some actual gear appropriate for his level yesterday, and I might do that for the others today - heh.

Not even remotely. I killed them without a second thought, and never looked back.

I thought I was the only one who didn't like killing dragons, lol. Even if they hadn't been an endangered species until recently, the fact that they're almost never in a populated area harming anyone makes it impossible for me to feel good about doing it. I only killll them when there's no way to avoid it.
