So, I have an arcanist, but no quests for runecrafting, no option for it on any crafting table. I have 75 hours progress. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
No runecrafting?

Runes are under weapon crafting, you have to find recipes though.

You also need to do the war table op that recruits Dagda who then shows up down in the Undercroft and will allow you to craft runes after she kinda explains how to make one when you first talk to her
