Is it ingame? I seen weapons and shields, but have yet to find armor. I'm planning on making a human alt, who's a Templar, but I need armor to fit the role. Thanks for any help.

It's a T3 schematic and I can't offer anything more than that since I haven't purchased it. I'm currently using Legion of the Dead Armor schematic I found at a tomb in the Hissing Wastes.
