Sorry, if someone has already asked this. I tried using the search function, but it's terrible and I couldn't find anything.
Anyway, I unlocked the specialists from the war table mission. I saw some cutscene where they entered the keep. Now they are just nowhere. According to my boyfriend, who is farther ahead in the game than me, they should be standing in the corner over the left of Blackwall's barn. There is nobody there but some random soldier sitting in the grass. I have left the area and come back. Still nothing.
