I am lvl 41 and my next stop is virmire. I wanna know if I can reach level 50 till the end game.

Probably not. Sounds like you missed a few side quest. If you have either of the DLC's for ME1, they can help boost your level too.

my problem is that I didnt get out of the mako to kill enemies.

I didn't either and by doing all sides quests and all DLC I was 50 to 55ish (i forget) by end.

I never got out of the Mako on any run throughs until just now when I'm trying a second playthrough while I go for lvl 60. I have always hit level 50 or higher.
With BDtS and not getting out of the Mako for fights I hit lvl 54 with my Vanguard on Veteran in a single play through.
