This game only uses 4x MSAA and FXAA as the best AA method. That is not enough because there is a ton of aliasing in this game. Additional AA modes, such as SMAA, may actually provide better AA method than MSAA. I know that other modes, such as TXAA and MFAA are nVidia-only modes, but this would still remain an AMD-based game. nVidia owners would only get some AA and that's it!
ALSO - PLEASE, for the love of RPG's, please allow RadeonPro/SweetFX combo to work! Windows 8.1 users must use RadeonPro to make SweetFX work, while Windows 7 users can use SweetFX without RadeonPro. Regardless of that, something prevents RadeonPro and SweetFX combo from working on this game. It appears to be hooking to the .exe because SweetFX can be toggled On of Off. However, when SweetFX is On, none of the selected effects apply. I don't know if its Denuvo or something else, but using SweetFX is vital for some people. For example, I always add some LumaSharpen to games where Post-Processing AA, like FXAA, is absolutely needed to get rid of aliasing. I do it becase FXAA, and even TXAA, blur textures quite a bit, which makes the game seem kind of duller, blurrier. LumaSharpen completely offsets that effect without adding extra aliasing! There are a ton of other shaders that are very helpful for us, PC gamers. RadeonPro+SweetFX combon on my Windows 8.1 machine with Intel i7 3770K @ 4.8Ghz, MSI GeForce GTX 980 Gaming 4G @ 1550/8000Mhz, 16GB 2200Mhz DDR3 RAM, and 256GB SSD works wonderfully on all games, except for this one. I use the latest nVidia drivers (344.80 Hotfix) and Windows updates. All games function perfectly on my system. I do not get any issues and/or crashes/freezes/stutters in this game either, even though my system is far from true high-end SLI setups.
I strongly urge you to look into making RadeonPro+SweetFX combo usable for this game. Don't forget - you placed a very hardcore Denuvo DRM on this game, which means people who post here and want fixes are legit owners of this game. You're not losing time and effort helping pirates, but legit owners!
P.S. An option disable motion blur without having to edit any configuration files would also be very helpful!
