[Shadow Quickpaw]

Hello all. I've taken a break from Inquisition to spend Thanksgiving with my family, and I had a question while I'm gone.

 

I've been looking for a specific dual-dagger design, specifically:

Bottom row, second from the right. The red one.

 

Now I've found the item iteslf, the Bloodied Wings, in the Emprise Du Lion Stronghold merchant, with a dragon slaying rune in it. But I can't find the schematic for it (or anything like it). It's probably a random drop, but has anyone managed to find it? It's my favorite weapon design in the game.

 

P.S.: The dagger itself is larger in DAI than it is in the image I linked.
