1. Do the passives in the Double Dagger tree (Bloodied Prey, Dance of Death, and Sneak Attack) apply for archers? Unforgiving Chain obviously doesn't by the way it's worded, but these other 3 passives seem pretty tasty.

1a. Bloodied Prey - "Your strikes cut deeper into any foe whose health is lower than your own." I assume this means percentage-wise? Otherwise, rogues have pitiful health compared to what enemies have.

1b. Sneak Attack - The in game description says, "Critical Chance - 20%." Does this mean all flanking/back attacks have their critical chance set to 20%, or is this a 20% bonus. My Varric currently has 40% critical chance, so I don't want this skill to actually lower his effectiveness.

2. Death From Above - The skill description says, "Maximum Height - 2 meters." Should this actually be minimum height difference? I don't see the point of not getting the bonus if you're too far above the target.

3. Opportunity Knocks - "When an ally critically hits, you take advantage of their success faster with reduced cooldown times." Does this apply to your own critical hits as well, or truly only when one of your party members lands a critical hit?

4. How exactly does Blessed Blades work? Do you get a 15% damage bonus against all enemies, or only demons? The wording is incredibly ambiguous, "You rally all of your nearby allies to fight with greater strength, especially when facing demons." But the skill effect descriptions says Damage Bonus: 15%, and doesn't specify against enemy type. Also, does everyone have to be in the AoE effect only when the spell is first cast to continually receive the bonus, or do they have to stay in the AoE?

Please post if you have answers to these questions! If no ones does, I'll do some testing myself this weekend and post my results :) Thank you!

passives apply for all. Archer passives work on daggers, dagger passives work on bows. 1 handed passives work with 2 handed and 2 handed passives work with 1 handed.

Interesting, thanks for the reply. When you say "all," does that mean Unforgiving Chain works with bows too?

Ok, thank heavens for the long weekend, had time to do some testing, here are my results.

Bloodied Prey - seems to have no effect whatsoever, even when my enemy is close to dying. Maybe it really does only proc when the absolute health of my enemy is less than mine, which happens like never. Useless skill.

Sneak Attack - fully working as intended. Great skill if you don't mind always putting your archer to the flank/behind the enemy.

Death From Above - working as intended, and as suspected 2 meters is the minimum height you have to be above your target to experience the benefits of the skill. There is no height maximum.

Looked Like It Hurt and Cheap Shot - both working as intended. They are both great skills and synergize well with Sneak Attack.

Blessed Blades - bonus damage seems to be only against demons, does nothing against other enemies. Plus, you have to be within the indicated AoE to keep the effects of the buff. Useless skill.

Opportunity Knocks - seems to work with everyone's critical hits, including mine. Another great skill.

So Bloodied Prey probably bugged or utterly worthless, Death from Above incorrectly worded (should be "minimum"), Blessed Blades of very limited use, other passives you list working more-less as stated. Thanks for testing.

Thanks for confirming that blessed blades is useless.
