Would be nice to have The Mirror of Transformation from the Black Emporium in DA2, somewhere(Inquisitor's Quarters maybe) in Skyhold, not just because of the voice changing bug, but also for those who wish to modify their character after having time to play and see their character in action, instead of starting a new game/character just for the sake of looks.
If it was possible to do this for DA2, I see no reason this can't be done for DA:I.
