I have had missions/quests activated at or on war table, they appeared in journal, and when I went to do them they're gone. At the war table, there were red jenny missions, not there now. There was a mission to go and stop an assassination of some noble, had to get invitation, got it, and now mission gone. I am at sky hold. I don't recall the name of the quest, but it came early at sky hold.
Are these time limited?
