Well yes they were all made the same way we were. From the stuff of stars. So it is not so ridiclous to asume that their skin could be similar to ours. But it could be that they are more similar to the turian's.Mcjon01 wrote...

She'll at least look like that old movie "The People Under the Stairs" because most likely, her skin has never seen any light...like no pigment. Just translucent skin, viens etc.
Sounds nice... doesn't it...
First of all, you're assuming alien skin pigmentation works exactly like it does in humans, when for all you know aliens are a set color from birth to death.
Second of all, yes.

Yes she would more then likely have all her hair still. But her skin would more then likely cut and crack easily. They probably need to take some sort of supplement for vitamen D which us as humans receaive daily from the suns rays.
This isn't to say she won't be pretty it just means it affects her looks.

Are you serious? Quarians and turians are the only dextro-amino aliens. It says so in the codex. It says so in the official ME wiki. It is common knowledge...AdamBoozer wrote...

From the Codex:
Turians: Biology
The turian homeworld, Palaven, has a metal-poor core, generating a weak magnetic field and allowing more solar radiation into the atmosphere. To deal with this, most forms of life on Palaven evolved some form of metallic "exoskeleton" to protect themselves. Their reflective plate-like skin makes turians less susceptible to long-term, low-level radiation exposure, but they do not possess any sort of "natural armor". A turian's thick skin does not stop projectiles and directed energy bolts.
Although life on Palaven is carbon-based and oxygen-breathing, it is built on dextro-amino acids. This places the turians in a distinct minority on the galactic stage; the quarians are the only other known sapient dextro-protein race. The food of humans, asari, or salarians (who evolved in levo-amino acid-based biospheres), will at best pass through turian systems without providing any nutrition. At worst, it will trigger an allergic reaction that can be fatal if not immediately treated.

But technically.
Its the same proteins, the same life, just "backwards" at the molecular level. A lifeform based on dextro-amino acids could be an exact duplicate of an earth creature, including humans, visually, except that their DNA would actually turn the other direction.
The toxicity interpretations are speculative, but consuming specific dextro proteins could cause malfunctions in a levo-based creature's lowest level digestion mechanisms, producing at best the wrong and at worst deadly compounds, but for the most part the enzymes associated with a protein are biased to only that protein like a glove. There are some dextro-amino acids identified that would be toxic to a levo-based creature, but these are high-complex with no naturally occurring levo variants anyway.
Most "sweet" tasting things, sugars, are actually dextro variants.
Spearmint leaves, contain both levo and dextro variants of their amino acids.
For the most part, incompatible amino acids would simply be ignored, and actually tasteless I.E. harmless.

Dextro is usually sugars while levo is generally amino acids on earth. Quarians and turians have it backwards and quarians are allergic to L-amino acids.

One thing that just occurred to me...
In ME1, Tali mentions the reason for her mask is her immunity system being weak, because the migrant fleet eradicated all diseases there. Yet, when I look at screenies of themigrant fleet, and the council (or w/e it is there), they all wear masks still.
Am I missing some logic there? Shouldn't Quarians walk about the migrant fleet mask/helmetless?

The Purple is too... vivid. We would see a more clear outline of her if she was that bright under there. I would tone it down, and make it more along the lines of a night elf in skin tone.

In one of the books wasn't a Quarian described as having no hair or ears? Not to mention no alien has had hair yet, I doubt they will start now after some of the lines they dropped.

Wasn't the quote "What passes for quarian ears." meaning they have something like ears but not quite... maybe feathery filaments like moth antennae

1) A tragic set of events in ME3 that has her dying, helmet visor shattered and she dies in front of Shepard.
2) Since they've modeled other characters after their RL counterparts, she'll most likely appear like Liz Sroka, minus the hair (not sure if she's got eyebrows as Asari generally don't, but Liara does for whatever reason)
