I was wondering, does anyone have a working knowledge of how the mechanics for Stagger and other similar conditions work in DAI?
I know in DAII they were class-specific, but now we have item qualities that seemingly add generic % bonuses to hit and being-hit, and I'm rather unsure of how they work.
Firstly- are they still class-combo specific?
Secondly- what are the actual effects- i.e. what do they do in DAI?
Third- are the bonuses from items all cumulative-stacking?
Anyone who's done some testing and/or has access to a better knowledge base, please chime in and help explain?
