Like the title states I'm not actually 100% sure what the stat "heal bonus" on gear actually does.
My biggest question is does it affect all forms of healing whether that be from potions or abilities (i.e Reaver's devours) or does it only affect the amount of health you get from pots. Any clarification would be nice before as i'd like to stack this on items for a reaver build so my devour gives huge HP back
