So I tried googling this, but it kept showing up with results for Dragon Age Keep.
I'm low on power, and could use some more influence to advance further in the main quest. So where are these Keeps that I can claim? Is there a list out there? Help would be appreciated.

I think there are 3 total. 1 in Crestwood, 1 in the Western Approach and I'm not sure where the last one is.

Last one is Emp...whatever Du Lion. I don't feel like looking up how to spell the first word.
Those are the big keeps though. There are smaller fortresses in just about every region that you can turn into camps. Just explore the black areas of your map and you'll constantly find new things.

Ugh, if I open Du Lion, that will take away what I need. Is it even worth going there?

getting power isn't hard, just doing anything earns power, Empris has many power opportunities

Depends. I love the area, but a lot of it is level 17+, if I recall correctly. There are a lot of sidequests, though?
Just get power other ways. Do some companion quests. Fill some requisitions. You'll be fine.
