When you kill your first high dragon you get a war table quest with 2 options - Josephine says you can invite nobles to see the bones and have a party. Leliana doesn't have a part here. Cullen says to send dragon materials to Wade (from the first game) and see what he can do.

 

Does anyone know if anything actually becomes of either of these choices? I know i can save and choose them and then rechoose, but i'm also curious about long term too. If i choose to party, will i not be able to get any super dragon armor? If i choose the armor, will i never get a set of skulls in my castle? (not that i have any idea if i get armor or skulls no matter what choice i make...)

Either one will give you Superb Amulet of Willpower according to guide.

Thanks mate, and by guide do you mean... like one of those 6 inch thick book guide from Prima? Do they still make those? lol

Callen def gives the amulet, was rather disappointed.
