I can't find any information on them, but are relevant boons - like the giving of the lands around Ostagar to the Dalish - addressed at all in the game? I know the Mage's boon was adressed as 'failed' in DA2, but couldn't find any mention of the others. Insights, anyone?

Boons are not addressed by DAI and at this point they are very unlikely to ever be addressed again as they likely will not be added to the Keep.
