I've been playing threatening all day and every single looted item has been rare(blue), compared to earlier when about 1 out of 10 was rare. Item levels are still very RNG but this does feel a lot more rewarding. So, perilous=uniques?

may of just had a lucky run? i hope not though and they have made it a bit easier! i have done god knows how many runs through threatening and had not even one blue item

Well it is possible it is a matter of luck, but I've probably played about 15 threatening games today and aaaaalll of the loot has been rare.

You just had a lucky run.  I've was getting craptastic level 3 and 5 grey items all day yesterday. We'll see if it's any different today.

4x lvl1 and 1x lvl5 item in perilous today.

You were just lucky.

No, just some lucky streak. I opened 5 large chests today and got one item at level 15, and the rest seemed to be under level 10 with the majority under 5.

I was not talking about item levels, just rarity. I was not talking about the store chests, just the loot from the actual matches.

I noticed a dramatic uptick in luck as well, which has me speculating that rng might take your challenges or sommat into account. Of course it could just be a case of the good rng giveth.

I kind of wish loot took your character's level into consideration, maybe not dropping anything lower than say, 2 levels under what you are, and anything over level 20 is the rare stuff like it seems to be now

It really matters very little what rarity it is if it's still a low-level item. Gratz on the lucky streak, wish it had actually paid off.

Actually, it is still helpful, as rarer items break down into more materials than common ones.

Just did a handful of runs to test, and no, crappy gray low level items, at least in Threatening. I can never find a team for Perilous.
